Characteristic: Framed with galvanized iron or aluminum alloy.
Each filter bag is fixed with a metal strip to increase the strength and prevent the filter bag from rupturing due to wind-induced friction at high wind speeds.
Each filter bag has six spacers distributed evenly in the width of the bag to prevent the filter bag from over-expanding and mutual shielding when subjected to wind pressure, reducing the effective filtration area and efficiency.
Each filter bag edge is ultrasonically fused, has good air tightness and bonding strength, and does not generate air leakage or cracking.
It is made of ultra-fine synthetic fiber by special weaving method, which avoids the old fiberglass material, which may cause harmful effects on the human body. It has excellent filtering effect on sub-micron dust, high dust-collecting rate, high gas permeability and high service life.
There are 35%, 45%, 65%, 85%, 95% bag efficiency filters available.
